They are the same as for England and Wales - 1841, 1851, 1861, 1871, 1881, 1891 and 1901 - unless some have gone astray.

The 1871 - 1901 are available to search at:
http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk
It is a pay per view site.

They are still working on the others, although you will find some 1841 census transcriptions at
http://freecen.rootsweb.com/
