Joseph Wheeler Married WHO ?

Can somebody HELP ME PLEASE,
I n my Family Tree  I have Joseph Wheeler Born Lyford 1818 died March 1891 (Abingdon Registry vol 7c page205).

He Married in Dec 1838 (Wantage Registry vol6 page475) a Eliza WHO! as there are three Listed Surnames (1) LEACH (2) WIGENS (3) STEVENSON in Ancestry .UK and when i check on 1837 on line there listed but only as individuals.

He was Widower some time between 1871 & 1881.

I have tried every scenario to no avail, can somebody help me to which Eliza it was or advice on how I could find out as I live in North Yorkshire

Thanks got Birth Certificate this ones sorted

I've had a simliar situation.   The best thing to do is order the Marriage Certificate as, in my case it listed the brides unmarried name and her fathers name.
