I am seeking the family of:
WILLIAM BRUNTON born c 1798 and his wife JANET.
They were marr. in 1821 in Peebles.Had 2 children there and then up and moved to Colinton and then to St.Cuthberts.
It appears that 4,5,6,and 7th child were born in St Cuth.,between 1825 and 1832.
Was there a 1841 census for that area,if so,and someone has easy access,could they do a look up..
I believe that William Brunton died pre 1851 and Janet(Notman) Brunton died 1855.
Would be most interested in any one else researching this family.
Any help most appreciated.

Did a search on freecen but not all of St. Cuthberts is on line yet, and your William and Janet not on at the moment. Address is freecen.rootsweb.com if you want to try in the future.
