Bartlett informations please

I am not sure where to put this request but will move it if in the wrong place.

In 1871 I have Caleb Bartlett and his wife Mary with their grandaughter Lillie who later became Lillie Coombs when her mother married. This Caleb Bartlett was a baker and is I think the Caleb Bartlett in 1881 living with his son Charles.
But several researchers have his parents as being either John Bartlett or William Bartlett and Hannah Hensell/Ansell
I have been told he was born around 1801 but other than that have no more information. Does anyone else? Thank-you
