I am looking for a RHODES family that were in Windsor around 1890-1910. My great grandmother , Leah WORTHINGTON (b. 1875, Willenhall, Staffs)was housemaid for them at some time during this period. She received a prayer book from R. RHODES and a beautifully ornate silver knive - the type used to cut wedding cakes. I am guessing she was a pretty good member of the staff!
I'd love to hear from anyone who thinks they may know of the family in question.
Cheers, Julie

Thanks Joe. Yes, she used to get around a bit! The period in question may even have been a little later than 1901. This is just a stab in the dark really, don't think I'm going to get very far with it!
