Longsite, Harwood Shop 1903?

G'day all,          In 1903, Alice Stock  married Wilfred Roscow.      They owned and operated a shop at Longsite , near Harwood, Bolton.   The shop was a mixed / bakery.      Alice's mother  Caroline Stock  was living with them.     Any information about the shop or it's owners would be appreciated.      Thanks  Brian.
