Hello!
Seeing as how you haven't recieved a reply yet I thought I'd take a long shot, RE: 'DUNN'.

Honour (Honor) DUNN, b. 1813 in Down St. Mary, Devon. Honour DUNN married William MATTHEWS in 1843 in Zeal Monachorum, Devon. Honour had two children out of wedlock:
Ann DUNN b. 1834 in Zeal Monachorum, Devon & John DUNN b. 1841 in Down St. Mary, Devon. John DUNN married one Elizabeth BURRIDGE in 1873 in Crediton, Devon. They had three children:
William, Ellen, and Samuel DUNN.

Connection, perhaps???

Ryan

Thanks for your note - I could well be wrong with my John and Maria, I'm not too sure, just putting bits of information together and surmising.  As there is a William in your note, I will do a bit more searching around, and see if I can find a connection.

Thanks again, will be in touch if I can find out more.

Maria Merson was born in Clayhanger in 1789.  Her father was
Philip Merson 1759-1820 christened in
S. Molton bur in Clayhanger.  Married in Stoodleigh, 1782 to Mary Hatswell.

Grandparents of Maria were William Mason 1724-68, born and
married in Sampford Peverell 1755, to Mary Squire, born 1723 in
Uplowman.

William and Mary are my brick wall.  I am a Merson by birth and have a lot of history of the Mersons back to 1614 but I am unable to connect William and his numerous decendants to my branch of the family.  I shall keep searching.

Hope this helps somewhat.
