Time cannot change what went before

Hi all,
having failed to locate 2 family members on 1901 English census & England & Wales GRO marriage & death indexes despite extensive searching over last couple of years, i now believe its possible they may have moved north of the border.
When searching the free surname database on the scotlandspeople website i have found the following deaths that would fit into the timeframe. I would be really grateful if someone could use a couple of their credits to let me know who the foolwing records belong to:
BALDRIDGE sri deaths 1898
BALDRIDGE sri deaths 1939
Also how to Scottish death certs differ to English ones.
Many thanks to anyone who can help
Sharren

Content of Certificates.
From: http://www.familyrecords.gov.uk/topics/bmd_print.htm
In England and Wales * Full name of deceased * Date of death * Place of death * Given age * Cause of death * Occupation (or name and occupation of husband if the deceased was a married or widowed woman) * Name, address and family relationship (if any) of the person who reported the death.
Plus, in Scotland In Scotland the following additional information would be given: * Marital status * Spouse's name * Sex * Father's name and rank or profession * Mother's name and maiden name

hi Kenjo & Jap,
Thanks very much for your help
The Baldridges im looking for are 2 brothers who seemed to have dropped off the face of the earth after 1891, i have successfully traced all other family members & in doing so i have complied a full list of Baldridges occurring in England & Wales GRO from 1837 to 1950s, & these 2 just dont appear anywhere.
1: ROBERT THOMAS b: 1872 North Cowton, Yrks residing here in 81/91
2: WILLIAM b: 1876 North Cowton residing here in 81 & boarding at a school in Gainford in 91
These 2 cant or dont want to be found on 1901 despite extensive searching by myself & rootschatters, but then neither does their father, although i have his 2nd MC & DC so have killed him off, as you would say. they dont show up as kia on commenwealth graves website or 1837 so im at a loss on what to do next, other than to think there in scotland or someplace else.
Losing 1 person is frustrating enough but 2 is becoming a real pain, so any suggestions from anyone would be much appreciated. Their fathers name was THOMAS WILLIAM 1847-1915 & their mother was ANN THIRKELL LISTER BALDRIDGE 1845-1906 i believe that scottish certs include parents details so maybe of some help
Many thanks for any help, advice etc im going crazy with these 2 but as their my maternal direct line i really dont want to give up yet.
