Yes that was what I meant with my previous post - only I said uncle instead of brother - doh!
I think that Andrew born 1826 Islip was the father Andrew Albert would be Roberts brother. Question still is though - did he (andrew the younger) die as a child (has anyone seen him other than the birth registration - no burial in Islip) - did he leave the country or did he just hide on census nights

All I can say is that if Andrew Albert married the "missing Bride of Totnes" in1881. Nipped down the road to Plymouth and got on a ship. Found gold in the Yukon, enough to come home.
Came back to Reading and died in 1901 Mar. Where are his children and widow?
I shall dream on.....

Just waiting for possible sightings of a William Norris that could be Andrew Albert's uncle.
William was born in England as was his family before going to U.S. wife Sarah, Children. Edward, Frederick and Elizabeth. I hope this family were from around Islip, Oxon area. About 1860 ish...
