FREE/GOUGH/PALMER in Marlborough

Hi

I am looking for more information on:
 
Minnie Palmer (born 1868) married Henry James Thomas December 1896 on Marlborough.  By 1901 they had daughter Margaret.  It is also possible that they had the following daughters:
 
Marjorie who married Thomas Free and
 
Min who married ? Gough, and had a son Don.

The information on Marjorie & Min was given to me by my Mother and I would like to either prove or disprove it.  Thomas Free was apparently a Mayor of Marlborough at some point.

Hope someone will be able to shed some light on this.
