Stupid question!

Sorry to ask such a daft question but... I want to add something like 'all transcriptions are Crown Copyright etc' at the bottom of my postings as I keep forgetting to actually mention it in replies, do I just go to change profile and type it in the area where my research interests are?
I'm really thick when it comes to this sort of thing!
