 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Hi Angela
Me again ! Got some good news for you . My Father in Law was visiting us today and he knows the Owen family from Brucehill very well . He said they are a huge family and there are lots of brothers who he knows really well . One of them is James who he worked with for many years in the local Whisky factory . He is still in Dumbarton. Another brother is called Junior , he too still lives local . He used to own one of the local pubs . And guess what , I know his son . Now isnt that a small world . Cheesy Another brother is called Eddie too . He cant remember the rest of them off the top of his head but hey its a start .  Wink

Hello, I know this doesn't help any with your family, but I just wanted to say that my grandfather, Edward Owen was from Brucehill, Dumbarton.  Before he moved to the US, he lived at 72 Napier Crescent, Brucehill, Dumbarton.  You never know, he or his family may have known yours.

Sincerely, Angela Owen

Hello, I'm sure this helps even less but I lived at 76 Napier Crescent till 1956! I remember Mrs Owen just!but next time I speak to my brother I will quiz him.If you want to know what we come up with I would be only too happy to pass on any info.
Small world isn't it
best wishes,
