  I have been ask to try and track down Dermot CROWE by the
daughter-in-law of his sister.  Dermot's sister has not heard of or from him
(i.e.: Dermot) since the mid 1950s.  She would like to find him or at least
find out what has happened to him.  Any help or information greatly
appreciated.  Thank you. The family orginated in Tipperary and he may have returned to Ireland.

CROWE, Dermot (a.k.a. Jim) William b: 5 July 1924 Shronnell Cross, Tipperary
Ireland the son of Sean (a.k.a. John) CROWE (Sgt. Major British Army
1939-1945) and Dorothy Margaret HERBERT.  Dermot (a.k.a. Jim) served in the
British Army in WW2 in the Tank Corp in North Africa.   Married 22 Dec. 1959
to Alice (Surname Unknown) who died in April or May 1967 or 1968.  Last
known address for Dermot was 6 Thorpe St. Newton Heath.  Dermot (a.k.a. Jim)
worked for the Manchester Electrical Utility.

Hello,

Have you contacted local newspapers in the area ?
I tried to find addresses on the Net but had no success however I can give you the names of two -

The Clonmel Nationalist, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary
The Nenagh Guardian, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.

I hope you are successful in tracing Dermot.
