It`s a bit of a longshot but the following from the 1851 census are a possibility for the parents:-

Luke Butcher, 72, Pauper - Cloth Weaver - Blind, Born Cam
Betty Butcher, 73, Pauper - Cloth Weaver, Born Dursley

Living at Cam

Many thanks.Luke is a possibility as is George Lukes Brother but I cannot find any records to support this.I  know that Henry married Elizabeth Cox probably in 1825,their first child being born in 1826 but Henrys birth  seems to be from nowhere.
