Sarah Vickers nee Incher was my 3XGg.grandmother she
married John Vickers dec.1838 at Dudley
1861 cens.81,Dixons Green, Dudley
John Vick.    45       puddler
SARAH          42
John   son    19         pud. assistant.
Emily   daug.  12
Joseph  son   10
Charles   ....    8
                              Any help?

Thanks for the info, Jaqueline.  Can't find a link as yet.  However, I think with the name INCHER and being from Dudley, they would all be related.  Do you have any info on her parents or siblings? Cheers for now, KrisAnne

      Sorry,at the moment that is all I know of Sarah Incher.There is only one Incher family on the 1881 cens.
for Dudley, father's name is George.What dates are
you interested in as I sometimes have access to the 1861
cens.Dudley and would be happy to help.Ican remember
an Incher family in the 1950's the only names I can recall
are Ellen&Elsie and my dad can remember a George I.
in the 1930-40s both families still lived in Dudley and only
abt. a mile apart.Are there any red-heads in your family
as Elsie had flaming red hair and was also a dwarf.
