Ashby-de-la-Zouch Union Workhouse

My GGG grandmother, Eliza Holden, died in the Ashby Union Workhouse in 1890.   Cry

What I am interested in is finding out what other info I get from this.  Are there, for example, records of when people arrived or anything that could be useful in finding out more about Eliza and her family?

Any help would be appreciated.
