TAGG - Hurst

Looking for Thomas Tagg born 1786.  On his marriage certificate to Rebeckah Hill (Windlesham, Surrey) 1815 it says he is of Hurst and there is a squiggle afterward which could say Kent.  There is a Hurst in Berks, just over the border and the family subsequently moved to White Waltham Berks so I assumed I should be looking there, particularly as there are records of Taggs in Hurst , Berks but no-one who fits the bill. Can anyone tell me if there were any Taggs living in Hurst, Kent about 1786?

Following help from other people it seems unlikely that Hurst, Kent is the answer so I am now looking at Sandhurst, Berks if anyone can check the records I would be very grateful.
