Ward Family Bangor Census Lookup?

Trying to locate my Grandfather's info and ultimated his birth certiificate.
He said he was from Bangor, although his Canadian Army information states Belfast  was his birthplace. Haven't had any luck with the Belfast side, so hopefully can find something out in Bangor.

This is mainly from the Army papers I have:

Joseph Patrick Ward b Jan 2 1891
father Michael Ward, Corporation Inspector 1915 Belfast (according to the 1915 directory)
one sister Bridget.

That's all of the info I have other than that he said he served 6 months in the RIR prior to December 1915 and he did visit Belfast while a Canadian Ambulance Driver in WW1.
He obviously was in Canada by 1915.
