Help with Birth Cert please - RUDD

I'm seeking information on my G Grandmother Mary Jane RUDD born 1883 in Wigan Lancashire. If someone can help with gaining access to her birth certificate this would be much appreciated.

I know she had an older sister by the name of Catherin(e) and her fathers name was James. According to the 1891 census Mary's father was a widow so am searching her mothers first and maiden name. Any other information would also be welcomed!

The RUDD's lived in Holme Terrace and were in the parish of St Michael.

Any help would be a blessing!

Had a quick look on Freebmd for your gr grans birth registration with the following result

Surname  First name(s)    District  Vol  Page  
~~~~~~~~
Births Dec 1883
~~~~~~~~
Rudd  Mary Jane    Wigan  8c 43

This above is the reference number you require to get a copy of her birth  certificate.

Hello Buttercup...The 1881 has a James and Alice Rudd at Patricks Row, Wigan. He's 25 and a Coal Miner, she's 24. No Children at this time. This was in the same area as Holme Houses (not Terrace) where your James Rudd was in 1891 with his 3 daugters.
