Hello,
    Does anyone have any information about Samuel Sinfield, christened 10/12/1748 in Eversholt? His parents are Samuel and Rebecca from Eversholt.

Samuel ( father ) was born around 1718 in Eversholt, and married Rebecca, he was buried in Eversholt 10/12/1748.

Samuel ( son) was christened 10/12/1748 in Eversholt. I think this may be our Samuel who married Mary Cotton 30/12/1822 in Lidlington, where they remained and raised a family. However, I have no real evidence it is the same person.

I would love to hear from anyone who has a connection with any of these, or who has any information,

By reading about your Samuel in 1748 it seems as though he would have been 74 years old when he married Mary Cotton?

In Eversholt there is a Samuel Sinfield baptised 10 Dec 1748

A Rebecca Sinfield is buried 23 Oct 1756

A Samuel Sinfield is buried Jun 18 1785

These could be your Samuel's parents burials.

Can not see a Samuel Sinfield being Batised in Eversholt for 1718 1st reference to the family is the baptism of a son John to Samuel and Rebecca on 29 Dec 1746.

No marriage for Samuel and Rebecca in village either. Sad Sad Sad
