Children of James and Elizabeth Meggison, Westoe, 1881 Census

On the 1881 Census for Westoe, it shows that all of James and Elizabeth Meggison's children were born in Sunderland as well as Elizabeth herself (do you think Meggison was her maiden name?)  Anyway only ages show on the census, so would it be possible to find out the dates of birth of the children and Elizabeth?  There are twins.

On the 1871, the children are slightly different.  Maybe some died?Huh??
