1861 census lookup - Tunstall Staffs

Hi,

I would appreciate a lookup for Thomas Allen living in Tunstall. In 1871 he lived in Plex St, in 1851 in The Pleeks, which I guess are the same. Most interested in who his wife was.

Is this the same Allen family where our Lucy Turnock appears in a census as a servant?
