SLORANCE - all, one name study

This is unique name, only one family has it.  George Slorach's surname was changed by an English speaking clerk in the mid 1800s, and to my knowledge his descendents are the only family to have this name.  I am especially interested in following the female side as I already have a great deal on the male side.  If you have "Slorance" as a middle name or your mother's or grandmother's maiden name is Slorance, I would love to hear from you.   George Slorach was a Gaelic speaking Scot, born  about 1808 in Forres.
