1861 Harburton Devon Look up Please

I have searched the 1871, & 1891 and have found my ancestor is beleived to have been born in Harburton Devon. His Name is Thomas Manfred Widdicombe. b:1837 . I am looking for anything especially his parents. in the 1871 Census his last name was spelt Widdicimb he married Eliza S Powell they had 7 children by the 1891 Census, Thomas was widowed and only had his youngest child living with him (Kate)  Thomas's occupaton was a Dock Clerk.

Hi I took a look at the 1851 Devon census and all I could find was
Thomas Widdicombe. Head. Married. Age. 45. Shoemaker master. Born. Harberton, Devon.
Ann Widdicombe. Wife. Age. 43. Born. St. Germans, Cornwall
Thomas Widdicombe. Son. Age. 9. Scholar. Born. Harberton, Devon.
Mary Widdicombe. Daughter. Age. 7. Scholar. Born. Harberton, Devon.
