Marriage Record - Mullingar

I found a record (in irish origins)of a Feb 1859 marriage in the Church of Ireland, Mullingar for Daniel Flynn and Mary Anne Potter whom I believe are my g-grandparents.
Would the actual church record give information about parents and places of birth?  Is Church of Ireland Catholic or Protestant?

Is there any way I could get someone to check this for me,  or tell me who to contact.  I am fairly new to this game and Canada is a long way from the Emerald Isle!
