Birth/baptism in Wexford look up please

I have a tad of a quandry.

I have two siblings who were born in Wexford.

Jane Elizabeth JUPP born in 1833

Richard Thomas JUPP born in 1835 in Wexford.

I know their mothers name was Leah JUPP.

Their father, according to family history could be either James, John or William.

Their father was reportedly a coast guard who was drowned off Wexford area somewhere between 1835 and 1842.

Is there anyone with acess to birth or baptism records for the area that could possibly look these up for me. As the birth years were gained from UK census records, I can only hope they are correct.
