I am searching for Cheethams in Eccles in particular Rose Emily Cheetham b 1871.  She appears on the 1891 census then vanishes! Huh

Rose Cheetham is listed on the 1891 census as living with her parents Elijah and Margaret at Rutland Street, Eccles. Her occupation is cotton weaver and her age is 20. I've checked for marriages in Eccles Parish church between 1891 and 1919 but found no mention, likewise for burials. I don't know how to search for civil weddings?
