Could someone look up in 1841 Census

William KING  who was living @  6 Sand Hill or 4 Sand Hill Cottages, Middle Claydon in 1851.

William b. 1809 in Buck or Devon
Wife Sarah b. 1811  in  Huh
son, Charles,
son, Joseph
dau, Mary
son, John
dau, Maria
All children b. in Steeple Claydon

Am I correct that census prior to 1841 -1801 will probably not be productive or are hit and miss??    Will there likely be anything for William King in 1831, 1821 or 1811?
