Hi all
Just musing over ancestors and had a light bulb wouldn't it be intresting to design a board game or role play game or something multiplayer re family history, you know the type of thing ..... mission is to uncover the ancestor find the missing wills, gold, lost houses, maps inheritance, titles, work your way up to baron etc and avoid the scandals and skeltons in the closet! Put the resources you need in your belt, eg spells for reading old handwriting, translations, GPS satellite to find the village etc.
What say ye rootschatters? Am I completely barking mad and should be locked up in an asylum to be forgotten for 100 years? or is it just ramblings from a family historian. Your thoughts, musings and general perceptions on this malady would be greatly appreciated.

Sure does flipster, great combination of classic genre games. How about space invaders, you know the government red tape syndrome! Shoot them up and get to next level of research, Galaxians shoot the big boss at end of levels etc.
Family history definitely leads you out of your tree!

The Cluedo idea sounds fun - you know Annie Mustard in the workhouse with consumption. Then you have to find out she is really Hannah and not Mustard but Moward and then you have spent £15 of your starting money on useless certificates so back to Go and throw a 6 to move for another clue card. On reading that I find it a bit confusing - like Family History.
