hi all , thankyou for allowing me to join your wonderful website,
i am researching the smith and reed family history form stepney east end london from 1800 -2000

from time to time may need help from more experiened researchers ,

finding ancesters is relatively easy but deaths and marrieges is difficult as people moved around and changed there names, and finding maiden names for wives also is difficult ,

I think you'll find that Sarah was baptised in 1863, at the same time as her sister Mary Ann?

From London Metropolitan Archives:

Baptisms in Trinity, Stepney

28th October 1863
Mary Ann Perry, daughter of William & Eliabeth, of 14 Regents Road, born 1859 (entry 2060)
Sarah Perry, daughter of William & Elizabeth, of 14 Regents Road, born 1860 (entry 2061)

Reckon this is the family in 1861?
Reference RG09, Piece 297, Folio 103, 15
2 Rectory Row, Stepney

Perry, William  Head  M  26  Labourer  b Mile End, Middlesex
Perry, Elizabeth  Wife   F  25  b Mile End
Perry, William  Son  M  3  b Mile End
Perry, Mary Ann  Daughter  F  2  b Mile End
Perry, Sarah Ann  Daughter  F  1  b Mile End

Then this record of Banns looks likely?
St Dunstan & All Saints, Stepney
William Perry, 23, of 18 Rural Place
Elizabeth Murphy, 20, of 18 Rural Place

Banns called 21st December 1856, 28th December 1856 and 4th January 1857.
Impying a marriage about 11th January 1857?

Hi

On the 1871 Census William and Elizabeth PERRY have 7 children, the eldest being William aged 14.  There is a baptism for a William Henry Charles PERRY 1857 St Dunstan Stepney, parents William and Elizabeth.

St Dunstan Stepney Banns show a William PERRY and Elizabeth MURPHY January 1857. This might be the marriage you are after.

Cheers
