HAGGIS Family
« on: Sunday 29 January 12 04:25 GMT (UK) »

Hello Rootschatters,

I am researching the family of James Haggis and Elis(z)abeth Wilson who married on 10 March 1800, at Saint Leonards, Church of England, Shoreditch, London.  If anyone has any information to add, I would be more than happy to receive it with thanks.

Joan.

Hi

Can you please be a bit more specific as to what information you need? That way we won't send you details you already have.  Wink

Cheers

Thank you Dee and Karenlee for your replies.  I have not been able to access the LDS website today.

I know that James and Elizabeth had several children: (LDS microfiche)  James (c.1801), William (c.1802), Elizabeth (c.1804), John (c.1807), Ann (c.1809), James (c.1812), Judith (c.1814), Eliza (c.1817) and George Henry (c.1837?), there may well have been more children.

I'm so sorry, but I do not have any further information and as yet, I have not yet subscribed to any of the pay as you go websites.

There’s the burial of an Elizabeth HAGGIS aged 57 at St Leonard's Shoreditch on 22nd January 1837. It says she resided at St James Westminster.

It may be your Elizabeth Haggis.    Huh   Undecided
