There is a death in Lichfield area of a Hannah Pott on the same page as the Mary Pott death you already have details for. I can't see a Hannah in 1861 in that area - perhaps there was an error in transcription or something
The Hannah Pott age 71, is the wife of John Pott, she died on March 19th 1861 wood Mill Yoxall. I believe these are the parents to my John Pott born 1829 husband to Sarah (BAtes) Pott who are the parents to the Mary that we are looking for. I have the death certificate for the HAnnah Pott (abt. 1789-90).

I see and agree with what you have and am not convinced that My Mary (1856) stayed and lived in the Yoxall area. Her mother came from the Cherrington Shropshire area. Is it possible that she was staying with family there in 1871? Her siblings all married after they were older so I find it hard to believe she would have married by the age of 14. Is there any where else I should be focusing on to find a possible death prior to 1871.
