Cockermouth 1861 census/Wright

I am looking for a Thomas Wright - born about 1830 in Kendal but I think it is possible he was in the Cockermouth Workhouse in 1861.  If anyone can confirm this I would be very grateful.

I have just searched the Cockermouth Union Workhouse for 1861 and there is no THOMAS WRIGHT there.
