Hi all, this is an old request resurrected. Criggy has looked for me before & found nothing but I'm hoping that Notlef has a census cd to make searching easier.
So I'm trying to find a Sarah Page born Bedford 1837. Parents were William, a brick maker & Sarah both aged about 37 in 1841. Other kids could be, Eliza, 11 in 1841, Ann 8, Mary 6 & Fred 2.
Sarah married in 1859 in Bedford from Thurlow Street, so maybe the family are there in 1851

Hi Tony,
I only have the images of the 1851 census (no index). I have looked through all of those which encompass Bedford Town and cannot find Sarah Page. There are various other Page's both as individuals and family groups but I cannot see Sarah or her family. Some of the images are not very good so I will look once more to see if I can spot her. If the family moved outside Bedford's boundaries, it will be unlikely I can find her without an index.

Hi Notfef, thanks for looking, I thought you might have had an index to make it easier, so don't spend too much time on it.
If you've spotted a possible family of hers, ie William, Sarah & kids, then let me know, because maybe Sarah junior was working away from home, which means she could be anywhere and came back in 1859 to marry in Bedford.
