looking for anyone who may be part of my grandfathers family. Angus MacMillan born Cluer Harris 1883. Son of Angus MacMillan b c1831 and Margaret Morrison b c1846.  MacMillans were likely from Beneray.  Margaret was Angus''s second wife. first was Helen MacAskill.

Hello krmac,

You'll probably have to rely on Church records for information about Angus Snr and Margaret as the Act which  introduced the registration of BDMs in Scotland wasn't approved by Parliament until 1854.
