Hello there!
I'm just starting my family tree on my maiden names side and need help! - ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE 20TH CENTURY! AND FROM EITHER LEIGH LANCS, GOLBORNE, WARRINGTON (FORMERLEY LANCS) OR ABRAM, WIGAN.
My mother is Marion Wilde(nee Knight) brothers and sisters Harry (1st wife(d) - children Barry, Stephen), Harold(First wife Eileen d second wife Betty) children Pauline, Graham and Lewis. Vilma (FOY married Tony)(children Susan, Diane & ? MOVED TO RHYL NORTH WALES) and Gladys - later renamed Gill (PLATT) married Kevin Platt(D), children Andrew (D) and Shirley(MARRIED MICK HOYLE - CHILD TIGER). Their PARENTS were Sarah ( NEE RICHARDS she may have origins in Everton) and Charlie KNIGHT.
My father is Derek Wilde, brother Graham (who married Mary,children Jane & Anne Wilde.) Sister Edith (who married William Richardson ( children Alan, - Stephen married Janet Young - KIDS MARK & ZOE) Tom ( married ? HAVE CHILDREN BUT CANT REMEMBER! VERY SORRY!) Margaret (married Alf Ashcroft and children Marguerite and Angela - MOVED TO LINCOLNSHIRE) My dad's parents were Richard and Edith Wilde (Nee I think RAMPLING) OF GOLBORNE WARRINGTON CHESHIRE.
Its my mum and dads golden wedding anniversary on 28/05/05 and i'd love to give them some sort of memento of their falimlies. CAN ANYONE HELP?
