1841/1851 census Portsea, Cobb family

Hello,
I am trying to find the name of Jane Cobb's husband, I think it is William but am not sure.
Jane was born around 1788 in Petworth Sussex, and I think her maiden name was Pelham. She moved to Portsea, Baker Street at some stage.
Her daughters may have been with her in the 1841 census, Caroline b. 1822 and Eliza b.1823.
I have found her in the 1861 and 1871 census, but no husband.
If anyone could find her and her husband in the 1841 or 1851 census, it would be a great help,
