CARNARTEON - anyone else with this name?

Hi

I have  a marriage in my cornish tribe of Joseph LEVY and Elizabeth CARNARTEON, Truro 1813.

I can't find any mention of this name anywhere else.
Have I got the spelling right?

any clues welcome Grin

Have had a look on lds site and for Cornwall there is a name Carnarthen/Carnarthan, could this be the correct name?
