George Courtney aged 3 as seen in the 1861 census as a nephew born Camberwell appears to be a result of the marriage of

Mary Bryant and George Courtney who married in the Dec qtr of 1856 at Greenwich district, vol 1d, page 761

Does this mean that Mary the sister of Matthew and John and who must appear in that 1851 census? was born in the district of Greenwich and thats where the Bryant's are in 1851 ? ............Deptford perhaps?
