WISHER & LARRINGTON

 Just thought I'd let you know what names I'm interested in from Cambridgeshire.

I'm doing what's called a one name study of my Mum's maiden name, WISHER.  The WISHERs are primarily in Cambridge, though a few contemporary families live in other parts of the county.  I have quite an extensive database on the WISHER families, so even if you only have a marriage in your tree, I likely have something on the person.

I'm also interested in LARRINGTON, as this was my great-grandmother's maiden name.  Edith LARRINGTON was born in 1894 in Coldam, the second daughter of William LARRINGTON &  Lydia KING.  She and my great-grandad, Percy SPENCER, married in Nottingham in 1916.  She was a cook in service, but I have no idea which house.  My Mum recalls Edith taking her on the bus to visit Lydia in Peterborough, so anyone who has connections to the family I'd be interested to hear from.
