1861 Assynt Look up

Could some kind person please help me with a census look up for Angus Macleod 9and family) I have been lucky enough to get 1851 and 1871, but need the 1861. His wife's name is Christy, children are Roderick, Hector, Catherine, John, & Johan. Thank you.

hi betty, the only people i can find matching your description on the 1861 census is

1861 census: anthacechy, assynt

angus...head...age 60...tenant
christy...wife...age 40
johan...dau...age 3

all born assynt

just a wee note that there is 37 roderick's living in sutherland on the 1861 census, so a little more info on roderick would maybe come up with a result too.

Thanks Joe, I'm not sure if these are "mine" or not, as I thought they didn't move from Stoer/Raffin area.....but I shall look into it..... the ages seem ok, so it might be them..Thanks again. BS
