1841 and 1851 census lookup - Davies

Hello,
could someone please try to find John and Jeanie (jean/jane) Davies?  Both were born about 1827.  They should be married on the 51 census, but single on 41. John's parents were John and Jeanie Davies too, and both are from Paisley.

What info do you have that places your folks in Dumfriesshire?

The 1851 census is online (see the links posted at the top) http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,8864.0.html .

The 1841 is becoming available on Freecen or D&GFHS have published some indexes but you would need to know what area your are interested in.

If you can let us know the area you are interested in then we maybe able to help.
