I.0.W. Yarmouth Windmills

In 1891 my ggrandfather Charles F Clarke was living in Yarmouth with his wife Fanny Maria and some ot their children. He was a miller by trade and had moved there from Sussex. By 1901 he was in Somerset. Was there a corn mill in Yarmouth at that time.I am puzzled as to why he was there?

Many thanks. As the family were in Yarmouth living in High Street in mid 1890s i imagine that is where my ggrandfather ws employed. I may be able to find out more.
