« on: Wednesday 07 July 04 20:29 UTC (UK) »

Hi,
I am looking for a Charles Swift born abt.1827 in Derby
In the 1851 census was living in Tamworth Wawickshire
married to a Harriet. This is the only census that I have found  of him, I have Harriet in the 1891 census a widow.
Thank you.

Mable, Do you think this might be the death entry on the freeBMD site for Charles Swift?
Deaths Mar 1867
Surname    First name Age District Vol Page
Swift        Charles    39  Birmingham 6d 33

If he was living in Warwickshire in 1851, and he was born about 1827, this death of a Charles Swift, age 39, in B'ham might be a possibility?

Hopefully it will help in your search.  meg
