1841 census Stratford and West Ham Essex

I would like a look up in the 1841 Essex census for Benjamin Parker about age 32 born Staines Middlesex. occ. tallow chandler. wife Mary or Ann age 39 born Hayes Middlesex. Known children:Ellen Jane abt. 6 born St. Georges Middlesex, Mary Anne abt 4 born Stepney Middlesex, Andrew Walter abt 1 born Stepney Middlesex and Thomas Brunsden Parker just months old born Essex Stratford. On later census records it has Thomas born West Ham Essex birth year 1842. so may not be on 1841 census.
On the 1851 census they were  in MIle End Old Town  Middlesex. On 1861 In Stepney Mile End Old Town. But since last son was born in Essex and they can't be found in Middlesex in 1841 census, I am hoping they were in Essex. Thank you for your time.
