Robinson Street, Blaydon

Some of my mother's forbears lived at 20, Robinson Street, Blaydon, Co. Durham.   

I am wanting to know when this area of Blaydon was demolished.  My grandfather took my mother to the area in the mid 1960's, and found that Robinson Street and surrounding streets had already gone!! 

Can anybody help with this please??
