Crighton family in Aberdeen

Hi I've traced part of my family tree to  Aberdeen in 1951 where David Crighton was living at 10 Springfield Road, Aberdeen - His father John was a newsagent in Dundee and his mother was Barbara Moncrieff. Does anyone know what the next step would be to try to trace a living relative?
