Hallo, I looked in the parish information guide at Essex Record Office today and it had nothing listed under Bures. So I think you would be better off putting your request on the Suffolk look-ups.
I don't know anything about Bines Green but Bures is definitely a diffferent place from Bury St Edmunds which is also in Suffolk.
There is a place called Mount Bures which is in Essex and Essex RO have records for that parish - so if you have no luck with any searches in Suffolk put another message on the essex look-ups under Mount Bures and you'll probably find someone to help you out.

HELLO BRYANT,
thanks for the info on the taylors , i have been away for two weeks so late replying, but i think i will put the taylors to bed now, but i still can't understand why they went to essex as i cannot find them there or what jobs they had there, but then return to portishead as a beer seller is strange, as in penmark glamorgan they were head master and mistress in a school,   strange?
