I can't find anywhere else to ask this, but I have a scam message in my inbox on Rootschat, but don't know how to delete it.
Can someone point me in the right direction please? ?

Can anyone tell me how to delete a posting that I no longer need posted, having had a satisfactory reply? I have three or four now that I wish to remove from the boards.

Go to the posting and click the delete button in the top right corner of the posting.

Bram,
You will find that you cannot delete a posting once someone has replied to it.
If they are lookup requests you can PM me with the links and I will ensure they are moved into the Completed Lookups board ASAP.

I had a query with Trystan about this recently, as someone had been able to delete a posting that I had done a look up for (quite a few in fact) and subsequently because of the deletion my "postings number" had been decreased - corrected by Trystan now. I too didn't think it was possible once someone had replied to a posting but it seems it is or was. What is the situation now?

We have now disabled this, since you brought your situation to our attention. I am sorry you did not recieve feedback from us. I thought Trystan had let you know, obviously he thought I had.
