Do you have any idea whether George Bell's list of Stanhope marriages is compete - i.e. if it isn't in his list then it won't be in the parish records?

no idea sorry, i've always found the marriages i look for are there.  i've just been updating my gowland branch actually but mine are stanhope and later.

I am still a bit confused. The marriage you requested is on IGI and on the site Marie gave. If you want to see the original parish record you need to contact Durham Record Office or ask if somebody is visiting in the near future.
